Online Meditation Website

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We are very excited to announce the launch of onlinemeditation.org, a website dedicated to helping seekers awaken their kundalini, learn to meditate, establish vibrations and join others in meditation.

The website's main feature is an online meditation course that includes video and text–based knowledge and guided meditation exercises that can be followed online, by email or downloaded as an mp3 audio course.

Today the website is available in five languages, including English, French, German, Ukrainian and Lithuanian, supported by small teams of Sahaja Yogis who are able to help seekers who ask questions by email and in the online forum.

If you know anyone who would like to help translate the website into more languages, please write to the team at: contact@onlinemeditation.org. This can be a very good way to spread Sahaja Yoga to new countries where Sahaja Yoga may not yet be established, as well as to people who live in remote areas.

Jai Shri Mataji

Your brothers and sisters of the onlinemeditation.org team
