New Book: SOPHIA by Christopher Greaves

Sophia is a book about Christ, his mother Mary and the foundations of the religion that grew up in his name, from a Sahaj perspective.  In order to make it interesting and, I hope, beautiful, it is written as though by John (the author of the fourth Gospel and of Revelations) in his old age.

On the one hand, it provides a critique of the kind of 'Christianity' founded by Paul (and Peter), while on the other hand it offers a meditation on the glory of the child of the Adi Shakti.

Its afterword was suggested by Shri Mataji herself during a conversation in 1989.

The book was first written in the 1980s and published in a Russian translation in 1996, but for this new edition - its first publication in English - the book has been revised and updated thoroughly.
